The Israeli Foreign Ministry offers aid to Greece following major fires

The Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday that in light of major fires raging in Greece, the Prime Minister's Office, the National Security Council and the Israeli Ambassador to Athens, Irit Ben-Abba, have offered their Greek counterparts any necessary assistance they might need.
The Greek authorities said the fires are currently under control.
“The Greek authorities thanked Israel for the offer,” said the official statement.
