Lieberman: Kerem Shalom to partially reopen on Tuesday

Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman announced the Kerem Shalom border crossing will be partially reopened from 12:00 PM on Tuesday.
Necessities such as fuel and gas will be allowed into the Gaza Strip in addition to food and medicine.
The defense minister's decision stems from the fact that although Hamas has not completely halted terror activity, it has reduced the number of incendiary balloon being flown into Israel.
