IDF chief: 'camaraderie of soldiers with minorities will continue to lead our path'

IDF Chief of Staff Gadi Eisenkot said on Tuesday that the “camaraderie of soldiers with our Druze, Bedouin and other brothers from minority groups who serve in the IDF will continue to lead our path."
He also called on soldiers and commanders to leave political disputes over the Nationality Law outside the IDF.
The statement came following the announcement the same day by a Druze IDF officer stating that he intends to resign from the army in protest against the law.
