MK Eitan Broshi files libel suit against Avi Gabbay

MK Eitan Broshi (the Zionist Union) filed a libel suit on Sunday against the chairman of his party, Avi Gabbay, in the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court because of the comments Gabbay wrote on Twitter.
Broshi is suing Gabbay for a total of NIS 300,000.
The lawsuit, filed by attorney Ilan Bombach, states that "this claim is particularly libelous.”
