The Anti-Trust Authority approved Wednesday the merger of Channel Ten and TV broadcasting company Reshet under the condition Reshet sells its joint holdings in the Israel Television News Company, which it shares with the Keshet broadcasting company. The sale is to take place prior to the merger.
