Hundreds to be checked after Leptospirosis infection found in Golan Heights streams

The Israeli Ministry of Health warned on Monday the public against swimming in a number of streams in the Golan Heights after the bacterial Leptospirosis infection was discovered in the waters.

The ministry urged members of the public to avoid swimming in Yehudiya, Zaki, Zavitan and Meshishim streams.
