According to an Israeli source, the Egyptian intelligence minister, Kamal Abbas, arrived in Israel on Thursday, as the guest of the head of the National Security Council, Meir Ben-Shabbat, and met with the prime minister and the current head of Shin Bet, Nadav Argaman.
