Rivlin Meets with US national security advisor

President Reuven Rivlin met with US National Security Advisor John Bolton on Tuesday. The president said that the two discussed regional security matters, mainly the situation in Gaza and the Israeli-Palestinian relations.

The President thanked Bolton for "all you have done for Israel so far", and added that Israel "knows you will continue to do so in the future."

"These are very challenging times for the US and Israel. I reiterate the close and warm friendship between the two countries," Bolton said.
