Nasrallah: ‘IDF having trouble recruiting combat soldiers’

Speaking at a “victory rally” in honor of the defeat of “terrorist entities” in northern Lebanon, Hezbollah Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah said Sunday that “the Israeli leadership knows that it is difficult to recruit people to seve in combat units. They lack the willingness to sacrifice of past days. They lack the motivation to endanger themselves. More and more soldiers are seeking release (from service) on mental health grounds and the army is unable to recover from its sense of defeat.”
