Lieberman: agreements with Syria don't bind Israel

Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman said that "International agreements with Syria after Idlib don't bind Israel."

Speaking about protecting the communities on the northern border, Lieberman said that the issue of "Bomb shelters, alert and escape systems will be dealt with.

"Every resident living close to the border should have a private bomb shelter, and not only a public one," he concluded.
