Palestinians: 'We are considering appealing to the UN'

A spokesman for Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, Nabil Abu Rudeina, said that "the Palestinian leadership is considering the possibility of appealing to the UN General Assembly and the Security Council to oppose the US decision to cuts funds to UNRWA."

"US decision does not serve the peace process but strengthens terrorism in the region and violates the rights of the Palestinian people," the statement read.
