Philippine president visits Yad Vashem

The President of the Philippines, Rodrigo Duterte, visited Yad Vashem in Jerusalem on Monday.

At the end of his tour, Duterte wrote in Yad Vashem's guest book: "Never again, let the world learn from these dark and shocking events in human history. May the hearts of the people of the world remain open so everyone can work together to give refuge to those persecuted."
