Alsheikh: 'Israel doesn't know what public security is'

Commissioner Roni Alsheikh said Tuesday during Bar-Ilan University's business conference that "the police's budgets are stuck."

"Israel doesn't know what Public security is. The home front has become the front.

"Israel's security becomes more and more the responsibility of the police," the commissioner added.
