Russia: Israel warned us about planned Syria strike 1 minute beforehand

The Russian Defense Ministry said on Tuesday that Israel warned it of an impending airstrike on the Syrian city of Latakia just one minute beforehand and deliberately created a “dangerous situation.”
The statements come a day after Syrian President Bashar Assad’s forces accidentally shot down a Russian military aircraft on Monday evening following a missile strike on the Syrian coastal city of Latakia that was attributed to the Israel Air Force.
The Russian Defense Ministry also slammed Israel’s alleged attack as a “deliberate provocation” which put Russian aircraft in the path of Syrian air defense systems.
