Kremlin: Putin won’t meet with IAF commander

The Kremlin released a statement saying that Russian President Vladimir Putin will not meet with Air Force commander Maj. Gen. Amikam Norkin who is in Moscow to present Russian officials with the findings of the report into the downing of a Russian IL-20 aircraft, by Syria, during an Israeli raid to prevent the transfer of Iranian weapons to Shiite fighters.
