French-Palestinian lawyer released after more than a year in detention

A French-Palestinian lawyer was released from prison on Sunday after more than a year of administrative detention in Israel and has moved to his family's house in east Jerusalem, his lawyer said.
Salah Hamouri, 33, was arrested in Jerusalem on August 23, 2017. He spent most of his detention in the Negev prison in southern Israel. The charges against him remained confidential as is generally the case with administrative detentions.
