Report: Russia attempts to promote talks between Israel, Iran

Russia began investing efforts in promoting channels of communication between Israel and Iran, the Saudi-owned pan-Arab newspaper Asharq al-Awsat reported.
According to the report, Moscow's move is meant to lower tensions in the area following the transfer of the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system to Syria.
