During the opening of the national heritage site in the Golan Heights, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the terror attack that took place in the Barkan industrial area in the West Bank on Sunday, during which two Israelis were killed and a third was moderately wounded.
"We'll catch the despicable murderer and make him pay," Netanyahu asserted.
