Qatar begins fuel transfer to Gaza Strip

Qatar began on Tuesday transferring fuel to the Gaza Strip through Israel in order to sustain the strip's power plant.
The transfer was supposed to begin last week but was delayed due to objections of the Palestinian Authority.
