As part of the weekly protest flotilla in the Gaza Strip, dozens of boats left Gaza Monday and headed towards the Israeli border.
At the naval border fence, protestors blew up tires, threw rocks and explosives at IDF soldiers.
According to the IDF Spokesperson's unit, the Israeli troops responded with crowd dispersal measures, in accordance with the rules of engagement.
According to the Palestinians, thousands of people are demonstrating in the northern Gaza Strip, and 25 boats participated in the flotilla.
