Russia says blast at Crimean college was act of terrorism
A blast at a college in the Crimean peninsula's city of Kerch was an act of terrorism carried out using a home-made bomb, TASS news agency cited Sergei Melikov, the first deputy head of the National Guard, as saying on Wednesday.
