High Court accepts appeal of Lara Alqassem

The High Court accepted the appeal filed by student Lara Alqassem against her expulsion from Israel on grounds of supporting BDS. The court ruled that although the state has the right and duty to combat BDS activities, expelling Lara does not further that objective.
