4-year-old boy drowns to death in Negev flash flood

A four-year-old boy drowned Thursday in a stream that apparently had overflowed due to a flash flood.
MDA paramedics evacuated him to the Soroka University Medical Center in Be’er Sheva, where he was pronounced dead.
