Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro said Thursday that he intends to move the country’s embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, as he promised during his election campaign.
"As I stated during the election campaign, we intend to move the embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem," Bolsonaro stressed via his official Twitter account, adding, "Israel is a sovereign state and we respect it."
