PM thanks Brazilian president-elect on intention to move embassy

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded Thursday to the announcement of Brazilian President-elect Jair Bolsonaro, according to which he intends to move the country’s embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, as he promised during his election campaign.
"I congratulate my friend Brazilian President-Elect, Jair Bolsonaro, for his intention to move the Brazilian Embassy to Jerusalem, a historic, correct and exciting step!" Netanyahu said in a statement.
