Basel Ghattas files petition over unfair arrest conditions

Former MK Basel Ghattas filed Sunday a petition to the Administrative Court in Be'er Sheva against Israel Prison Service over the conditions of his detention.
Ghattas was sentenced to 24 months in prison in 2017 for smuggling mobile phones to Palestinian security prisoners.
