Ahead of the weekly demonstrations along the Gaza border, COGAT Maj. Gen. Kamil Abu Rokon urged Thursday Palestinians in the strip, via a video message in Arabic, to refrain from violence.
"Anyone who approaches the fence puts himself in danger," he stressed.
