Chad president lands in Israel

Chadian President Idriss Deby landed Sunday afternoon at Ben Gurion Airport. Regional Cooperation Minister Tzachi Hanegbi welcomed the African leader upon his arrival in Israel, with which Chad severed diplomatic ties since 1972.
