During a historic visit by Chad President Idriss Déby in Jerusalem, the African leader said: "We are opening a new chapter in relations between our two countries but we cannot ignore the Palestinian problem."
When asked by a reporter about arms deals, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu answered in his stead: "We discussed what we discussed."
