IDF's Search and Rescue Brigade accepted to UN body
The IDF Home Front Command's Search And Rescue Brigade has been accepted as a member of the United Nations' International Search and Rescue Advisory Group (INSARAG).
The brigade went through tests and training that lasted four years and will henceforth operate under the UN at disaster areas abroad along with other foreign forces.
