12 children hurt after man pepper sprays children's birthday party

A 20-year-old man pepper sprayed the Neveh David community center in Haifa on Saturday while a children’s birthday party was taking place there.
Twelve children aged 5-12 were left lightly hurt.
The man, who was apprehended by the police after initially fleeing the scene, said he was inebriated while committing the act.
