Qalansawe resident detained on suspicion of beating sister

The police detained Thursday a 39-year-old Qalansawe resident on suspicion of hitting and kidnapping his sister from Beit Berl College.
The woman was located following an eyewitness report, and filed a complaint against her brother for assault and abduction.
The suspect denies the allegations.
