High Court approves demolition of Barkan terrorist's home
The High Court of Justice on Thursday approved the demolition of the home of the terrorist who carried out the attack at the Barkan industrial area in early October, murdering two Israelis.
The judges rejected a petition by the terrorist's family appealing the decision.
IDF forces will be able to demolish the house of Ashraf Naalwa on December 16, when the temporary injunction issued by the court expires.
