The Israeli Navy shot and wounded a Palestinian fisherman, after the man had ventured out of the fishing perimeter by the northern beach of the Gaza Strip. The man's leg was lightly-moderately wounded.
Three other Palestinians were arrested on suspicion of straying out the fishing perimeter.
