Ministerial committee approves bill to expel terrorists' families despite AG objection
The Ministerial Committee for Legislation approved Sunday night a bill proposal that calls to expel families of terrorists.
According to the bill proposal, which is sponsored by Education Minister Naftali Bennett, the GOC Central Command would be able to expel the family of a terrorist from one area of the West Bank to another within seven days from the attack.
Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit objected to the legislation, saying it is against international law.
