Abbas accuses Netanyahu of aiding Hamas

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas accused Saturday Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of directly funding the terror attacks in the West Bank by allowing the transfer of Qatari money to the Gaza Strip.
Abbas added that the leadership in Ramallah will not "negotiate with the US administration because its not neutral.”
