Livni: 'The only way to win the elections is to join forces'

Opposition Chairwoman Tzipi Livni referred to the upcoming elections Tuesday and said that politicians need to unite in order to win.

At an event of the Israel Democracy Institute and the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, Livni said that politicians "must put (their) ego aside for a common goal —a revolution. The only way to win the elections is to join forces."

"We will pass a law limiting the prime minister's term to 10 years," she added.
