Hamas refusal to accept Qatari funds due to new Israeli demands

A Hamas official said on Friday that the reason Hamas is refusing to accept the Qatari funds is because Israel issued new demands including a list of individuals which Israel refuses to allow payments as well as the Qatari offer to provide food and vital supplies to Gaza families in lieu of cash, an offer Hamas has rebuffed. Hamas also sought to increase the grant from 15 to 22 million dollars.
