Palestinian shot dead after car chase in Jerusalem

A Palestinian was shot dead overnight Friday during a police chase in Jerusalem. The Palestinian, who was in Israel illegally, was driving a vehicle suspected of having been stolen.
The police said that the vehicle endangered the lives of the police officers.
