PM meets with Russian envoy for Syria, dep. FM Vershinin
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with Russia's special envoy for Syria, Alexander Lavrentiev, and Moscow's Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Vershinin at the Prime Minister’s Residence in Jerusalem. They discussed the situation in Syria and the conflict with Iran.
National Security Adviser Meir Ben Shabbat and Head of the IDF Operations Branch Major General Aharon Haliva were also present.
