Netanyahu to meet Putin on Wednesday

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will depart Tuesday evening to Moscow and will meet Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Kremlin on Wednesday.
This will be Netanyahu and Putin's first meeting since the downing of a Russian spy plane after an IAF strike in Latakia in September.
