Government to announce construction of hundreds of housing units in settlements

The Ministry of Construction and Housing is expected to announce plans for some hundreds of new housing units in the West Bank sometime in the run-up to the April 9 elections.
Some of the units will be built outside the settlement blocs, and more than 700 units will be built in Jerusalem, beyond the Green Line.
