Military factions in Gaza threaten 'harsh response' to possible Israeli retaliation
A joint situation room of military factions in the Gaza Strip threatened Monday to “respond harshly” to any Israeli attacks on the coastal enclave.
"We warn the Israeli army not to test the resistance, because it will be surprised by the harsh and collective response the occupation will not be able to endure," said the statement.
The announcement comes after a pre-dawn Gaza rocket destroyed a house in central Israel, leaving seven people wounded.
