Ashkelon cancels all afternoon activity after Home Front Command assessment
The municipality of the southern city of Ashkelon said Monday that following discussions with the Home Front Command, it was decided to cancel all municipal activities that were supposed to take place on Monday afternoon, and to postpone other planned events, such as soccer matches.
The announcement comes after a pre-dawn Gaza rocket destroyed a house in central Israel, leaving seven people wounded.
