Firefighters union announced new strike over labor dispute

Israel's firefighters union announced Monday morning that firefighters will go on strike again, claiming that the head of the Fire and Rescue Service, Dedi Simchi, refuses to honor prior agreements regarding  working conditions.

The firefighters say they will only provide emergency services and will not conduct training, provide services for public or private events or issue permits.
