Tel Aviv hospital: Death of infant due to rare bacteria

The Sourasky Medical Center in Tel Aviv says that a one-year-old who died at the hospital this week was killed by a rare infection.
The Center identified the bacterium as pseudomonas aeruginosa, known for its resistance to a range of antibiotics and for triggering organ failure.
