Israeli murdered in Los Angeles over apparent debt

Yisrael Kostan, an Israeli citizen who immigrated to the United States about three months ago , was shot dead on Wednesday in Los Angeles appareof ntly over a debt of $700.
According to reports, the murder suspect is an Israeli friend of the victim.
