Russia says Israel will free Syrian prisoners in return for the remains of a fallen IDF soldier.
Moscow secured the return of Zachary Baumel's remains from Syria earlier this year.
Russian envoy to Syria, Alexander Lavrentiev, said the return of Baumel's body was not a "unilateral" action.
