The Jerusalem District Court ordered Monday that Arafat Irfaiya, who was indicted for murdering Ori Ansbacher this February, will be sent for a psychiatric evaluation.
Irfaiya's attorney demanded an examination for his client during the initial investigation, but the city's Magistrates Court denied his plea, now approved by the District Court.
