Likud sources said on Monday that as part of the coalition negotiations, the party has decided the next government will promote two laws previously ruled unconstitutional by the High Court of Justice.
The legislations include the infiltration law, allowing detention of infiltrators for three years without trial, and a law facilitating the expulsion of terrorists' families from their homes.
